THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO PROPERTY
TO
LET:
FURNISHED RENTALS - This generally means
that the property to rent is quite
well equipped
and may include such items as the television,
video recorder, linen.
PART FURNISHED RENTALS - This generally means
the home includes carpets, curtains,
kitchen
appliances and light fittings within
the
property. You, as the tenant, will
be expected
to supply furniture, crockery, linen,
cutlery
etc.
UNFURNISHED RENTALS - This usually means
that the property is completely empty
with
the exception of carpets, curtains,
light
fittings. You will provide all furnishings
and equipment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT ON RENTALS - We do not require
any Security Deposit to be paid by residents.
RENT - Rent for the property is generally
payable a minimum two months in advance on
commencement of the term. For those residents
with no satisfactory rental/ownership history,
our landlords may require the whole rent
to be paid in advance as security against
default of rent payments. In certain circumstances
and on request, our landlords may agree to
only one month's rent to be paid at commencement
of the tenancy. Our landlords preferred
method and date of payment of the rental
is by Bank Standing Order on the first day
of each month.
All rents are exclusive of domestic bills.
You will be responsible for the payment
of
the Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas,
Electricity
and Telephone charges. We have provided
useful
links to local authorities for your
benefit.
You will also be required to maintain adequate
insurance on the property.
